Primary aim is to increase teachers competences and skills in the fields of solid waste selection, recycling and composting .

Mix of theoretical and practical methods will be used on the teacher’s trainings events. The well know approach “Learning by Doing” will be basic on all knowledge transfers activities (trainers – teachers and teachers – children).

To the participants in training events will be given theoretical presentation and practical work (step by step) and they will be encouraged to effectively develop and implement their own learning solutions by implementing of the acquired skills in the new teaching approaches. Teachers will develope a higher level of digital competences, better use of ICT and better knowledge of the english language.

There are three planned short term joint staff training events for kindergartens teachers that will be organized in all three countries – North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Croatia.

The main aim of first short-term joint staff training event is improvement of quality of the work of teaching in the kindergartens by increasing of kindergarten’s teachers theoretical and practical skills for learning by doing methods. It will be implemented on the process of composting and establishing of production of Eco-products.

The main aim of second short-term joint staff training event is to increase kindergarten’s teachers competences and skills to develop own more attractive educational  approach with implementation of ICT – based education tools (OER).

The main aim of third short-term joint staff training event is  to establish a teachers network by using of eTwinning on-line platform. At this short term joint staff training events, teachers will learn how to use eTwinning to perform following up activities.

After completing of trainings pre-school teachers will have increased competences and skill to develop own teaching approach to present solid waste management, encirclement and environment protection issues in their lectures on the level and education approach adequate for kindergarten kids age.
